Carolyn has been with greig+stephenson since the very beginning. When Ken Greig and Nigel Stephenson set up their small practice on Great Portland Street and began work on Borough Market, Carolyn was there. She still remembers Ken’s wife Karen kindly wheeling her six month old around the West End while the first batch of fee invoices were typed up. That baby is now 30.
Three decades later, Carolyn manages all of the commercial aspects of the practice, from project fee estimates and profitability analysis to timekeeping and internal financial systems. She works closely with the directors and directly with clients where needed, and has been a quiet constant through everything g+s has grown into.
She has watched the practice evolve from a small start-up into the vibrant, established team it is today, and has been genuinely part of that journey every step of the way. That kind of continuity, and the care that comes with it, is something you cannot put a price on.
