Once a week, we give everyone an hour back to do something good for themselves. No agenda, no expectations, just time to learn, to grow, to breathe… We’re a people-first practice, and that starts with our own team.

We invest in getting out of the studio. Sometimes that means a trip abroad. Our recent markets visit to Barcelona was among them. We believe that staying curious about the architectural world and building genuine connections as a team make us better at what we do.

We close fully over the festive period – real time off that you don’t need to save your holiday days for. Architecture is demanding work and we believe rest is part of doing it well.
