ING Real Estate Investment Management had previously been housed separately in its own offices at Devonshire Square.

A key feature is the reception area with its welcoming curved wall which serves to draw the visitor through into the workspaces.  The wall is clad in ceramic tiles and broken up by a series of apertures in ING corporate orange.  The wall discreetly accommodates back-of-house facilities such as a post room and kitchen.

As well as individual work spaces the offices provide a series of quiet rooms, information areas and meeting rooms differentiated by colour.
