Project Details
In July 2010 Greig & Stephenson won a three way design pitch for the design of future ASK Italian restaurants. The first restaurant was completed in November 2010 in Dorking, Surrey. The designs ultimate goal was to produce 'an aspirational yet accessible design experience'. GSA has been retained to work on future sites across the UK.

ASK Dorking’s new colourful aesthetic creating a contemporary new look for all clientele to enjoy.
ASK Bromley, completed in 2011 included many exposed colourful fixtures and the design incorporated birds linking it to the ‘The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB); a group that is known to tackle wildlife issues both nationally and locally.
ASK Bolton, completed in 2011 showcases ‘a taste of Italy at Bolton’s Middlebrook Retail Park’.
