Interior design for tapas bar and restaurant for Tapas Brindisa Soho.

The Brief / To revitalize the existing interior for Tapas Brindisa Soho while working within the listed building's restrictions.

The Context / G&S designed the original Tapas Brindisa at London Bridge to create an authentic Spanish tapas bar.

What we did / Building upon the design success and spirit of Tapas Brindisa in Borough Market, G&S has developed further many of the characteristic features from the original project, weaving in a number of new concepts to create a lively bar and restaurant suited to the eclectic Soho crowd.

Impact / Buzz, informal and authentically Spanish in style the venue's design maximises space and visibility.  Using banquette seating, booths, flooring and lighting details G&S has given Tapas Brindisa in London Bridge a stylish little sister in the heart of Soho.
