The brief / Develop a former coalfield and its surrounding area for a new mixed leisure and outlet retail development near Durham

What we did / The centre has 100 purpose built units for which Greig & Stephenson acted as Tenant Liaison Architect. This concerns the management of the incoming tenants, including shop front design guidelines, signage design guidelines, the approval of drawings and proposals and the co-ordination of work and completion timetables.

Greig & Stephenson was directly involved in the design of several stores including GAP, Nike, Joseph, Reebok and the Italian bag and accessories store Furla.
