Client / ING Real Estate Investment Management

An office of 15,000 sq,ft. at 60 London Wall

Brief / To create a distinctive and physically independent suite of offices within the main offices of the parent company.

The Context / ING Real Estate Investment Management had previously been housed separately in its own offices at Devonshire Square.

What we did / A key feature is the reception area with its welcoming curved wall which serves to draw the visitor through into the work spaces. The wall is clad in ceramic tiles and broken up by a series of apertures in ING corporate orange. The wall discreetly accommodates back-of-house facilities such as post room and kitchen.

As well as individual workspaces the offices provide a series of quiet rooms, informal areas and meeting rooms differentiated by colour.

The Impact / Following an extensive consultation exercise, the designers have created a suite of facilities appropriate for the work patterns of the users.
