The sloping site in the centre of the town is currently used as a depot and storage area for a local fishing and game producer. The owners have recently re-located their business to a purpose built unit on the outskirts of town.

We are involved in looking at the optimisation of the site for a series of new stand alone units and terrace of new build, sustainable, low energy housing units.Currently there are, as described, a number of study models for the site which accommodate more or less habitable rooms. The project is at the pre-planning application/consultation stage pending a full detail planning application to be submitted in late 2011.
