Greig & Stephenson has recently gained planning permission for the conversion of a barn on
this West Somerset farm to form a two bedroomed cottage for a private
client. Building Regulations approval is awaited. The work will be
carried out by local builders using traditional materials. Work on site
has been delayed while the future of a colony of rare bats is assured.
