Greig & Stephenson worked on the detailed designs for 'Naked Fish' - a new fish restaurant in the recently opened St Stephen's shopping centre in Hull. Run by the son of a fishmonger, the highly successful original Naked Fish restaurant is in Bridlington. This Hull venture marks the beginning of expansion plans for the brand. The client has requested a low key and highly adaptable interior that will not upstage the freshness of the fish.
The Restaurant opened in May 2009.
