Greig & Stephenson
Greig & Stephenson was founded by Ken Greig and Nigel Stephenson in 1994, and works with major developers such as Ahold, Ahold Real Estate and ING, as well as with institutional property funds, major high street retailers, private clients and charitable trusts. Projects include retail developments, both new build commissions and refurbishments, urban regeneration schemes, and commercial interiors.
Over the past 15 years, Greig & Stephenson has worked consistently in the retail sector in the UK and in Europe for such well known names as Selfridges, HMV, Marks & Spencer, Waterstone's, and De Bijenkorf (The Netherlands), as well as other smaller high street brands. We work at all scales ranging from town centres, shopping centres and mixed developments, to individual stores, restaurants and market stalls. Our projects can be found all over the UK and in Europe.
