Brindisa - 2011
Working within the constraints of a listed building at the end of a Georgian block on London's Broadwick Street, Greig & Stephenson designed the interior for Tapas Brindisa Soho that opened in June this year.
Building upon the design success and spirit of Tapas Brindisa in Borough Market, G&S has developed further many of the characteristic features from the original project, weaving in a number of new concepts to create a lively bar and restaurant suited to the electric Soho crowd.
Buzzy, informal and authentically Spanish in style the venue's design maximises space and visibility. Using banquette seating, booths, flooring and lighting details G&S has given Tapas Brinidisa in London Bridge a stylish little sister in the heart of Soho.
