Greig & Stephenson

Ken Greig and Nigel Stephenson founded Greig & Stephenson in 1994.  G&S works with major developers such as Ahold, Ahold Real Estate and ING, institutional property funds, major high street retailers, private clients and charitable trusts.  Projects include retail developments and refurbishments, urban regeneration schemes, and commercial interiors.

Working primarily in the retail sector for more than 15 years, G&S delivers consistently impressive results for clients in the UK, Europe and abroad.  Brands represented include: Selfridges, HMV, Marks & Spencer, Waterstone's, and De Bijenkorf (The Netherlands), as well as other smaller high street brands.  We work at all scales: ranging from individual stores, restaurants and market stalls to shopping or town centres and mixed-use developments.
